“Who Moved My Cheese?”- By DR SPENCER JOHNSON

My Review

The book, “Who Moved My Cheese?”, is an interesting self-help book that is going to teach you an amazing fact of life. ‘Cheese’ in the book is a metaphor for the happiness one is looking for in one’s life.

The writer used a unique principle to teach how to deal with the changes that come in life without invitation and practically not easy to accept and adapt to these changes.

As the quote by Heraclitus says- The only constant in life is change. But we often do not know how to deal with it.

The book is so productive that it would help you relate to such changes that might have once occurred in your life and helps you prepare for the one not anticipated.

My favourite line from the book

Smell the cheese often so you know when it is getting old”, which means we should always analyze the happiness and the comfort state of our situation and be prepared for unforeseen circumstances.

To know more in depth, pick up the book as soon as possible.
